Every Tandem Vincemus piece is made to order — printed and quality-checked just for you, then shipped fully tracked. Here's exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

Because each piece is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, quality-check, and dispatch your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

Every order ships tracked and is covered by our Safe Delivery Guarantee. If your piece arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we'll replace it free of charge — no fight, no fine print. Just email us a photo (for damage) at hello@tandemvincemus.com and we'll sort it out.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside our home country, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment.
